Board Resolutions on Reopening

At its special viber Board Meeting, 14 May 2020, it was resolved:
RESOLUTIONS
“RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that VALLEY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC. (the ‘Corporation’) as much as the Board of Directors commiserate with the plight of the senior members and those below 21 years old, the Board is constrained to adopt the IATF ECQ and GCQ Guidelines as part of the rules for reopening of the Club and to abide by the IATF restrictions on movement of persons 60 years old and above and those under 21 years of age and implement the same accordingly;
“RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Corporation shall not waive the payment of stipulated regular monthly dues of stockholders/members as provided for under the By-Laws which cannot be countermanded by a mere resolution for those who are or may not be allowed to play during ECQ and GCQ under the IATF ECQ and GCQ Guidelines until the restrictions are finally lifted;
“RESOLVED, FINALLY, that the Corporation shall not waive and consequently impose the penalty provided for in the Corporation’s Reopening Guidelines due to no prior cancellation or non-appearance/no show during the reserved tee time slot to ensure fairness and equity to all the members.”
