COVID-19 Enhanced Quarantine Assessment

SUBJECT: COVID-19 ENHANCED QUARANTINE ASSESSMENT

Valley Golf & Country Club, Inc. wishes to announce that the Board of Directors resolved last March 19, 2020 that we will have a Covid-19 Enhanced Quarantine Assessment in the amount of Php 1,000.00 per member to be billed in your March 2020 Statement of Account. The funds will be used to support our Caddies, Caddie Assistants and Casual Employees during the temporary closure of our Golf Courses.

Members who would like to voluntarily donate additional funds as per our previous memo are still welcome, kindly specify the amount and name of beneficiary (either specific name or general donation for all), cut-off date for pledges is every Wednesday and distribution is
every Friday.

In behalf of the Caddies and Caddie Assistants thank you and your donations are greatly appreciated in these times of emergencies.
