INVITATION TO BID – Construction Management and Quantity Surveyor for the Renovation of VGCCI Clubhouse
Valley Golf and Country Club, Inc., through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites all members and interested parties in the bidding for Construction Management & Quantity Surveying Services.
SERVICES NEEDED: Construction Management and Quantity Surveyor for the Renovation of VGCCI Clubhouse
PRE-BID QUALIFICATION: Interested bidders are required to submit clear scanned copies of the following documents to the Secretariat of the Bids and Awards Committee via email at bac.valleygolf@gmail.com on/before December 6, 2023.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Interested bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference on December 07, 2023 (Thursday), 11:00 AM at the Founder’s Hall – Main Clubhouse at Valley Golf and Country Club, Inc. All representatives will be toured around the clubhouse for ocular inspection, accompanied by Ms. Lanie Aycardo.
SUBMISSION OF FINAL SEALED BIDS: Deadline of submission of final sealed bids is on December 14, 2023 (Thursday), 9:00 AM at the Office of Bids and Awards Committee thru Mark Steven Acuna using the format specified during the pre-bid conference. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
BID OPENING: All bids will be opened on December 14, 2023 (Thursday), 10:00 AM.
