LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR PLAYING RIGHTS

• Application For Membership
  • Filled up & signed by the Applicant
  • Signed by the Proposer & Seconder (Both Proprietary Members)
• Assignment of Playing Rights
  • Signed by the Assignor & Assignee
• Payment of Cash Requirement amounting to P94,256.00* upon filing of application. Breakdown is as follows:
  • Cash Deposit (Refundable) – P15,000.00
  • Initial Service Charge – 75,000.00
  • One Month Advanced Monthly Dues – 4,256.00
• 1” x 1” size picture of applicant and dependents (2 copies each) for membership cards
• One Wallet Size or 2 x 2 size Picture (of Applicant) for Posting.
• NSO Certified Copy of Birth Certificate of  Dependents/Marriage Contract (for Husband/Spouse)
  Playing privileges of dependents of Playing Right Members are limited to:
  • legitimate spouse, and
  • two children 21 years of age and below, regardless of sex and civil status.
• Valid Passport (to be photocopied at the membership office) – if Foreigner
   
  Note:
  • The assignor and its former assignee must be updated in the payment of his accounts.
  • The assignment of playing rights may be renewed annually. A playing guest is assessed P30,000.00 (inclusive of VAT) yearly renewal of playing privileges.
