List of Requirements - Playing Guest (Immediate Family) 2025
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS

Duly accomplished MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION form, signed by the applicant
and endorsed by two (2) Proprietary Members of VGCCI

  • Assignment of Playing Rights signed by the assignor and assignee
  • Payment of Cash Requirement amounting to ₱60,100.00. Breakdown as
    follows:

                            Initial Service Charge        – ₱5,500.00
                            Cash Deposit                     – ₱50,000.00
                            One Month Advance Dues – ₱4,600.00

  • One (1) piece 2×2 picture, white background
  • PSA (NSO) Certified copy of Birth Certificate for TWO dependent/s 21 years old
    and below, and Marriage Contract (if applicable)
  • One (1) piece 2×2 picture of each dependent and spouse (if applicable)
  • Copy of Valid Passport and one (1) Government issued ID
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Police Clearance
  • NBI Clearance

Application For Membership

  • Filled up & signed by the Applicant
  • Signed by the Proposer & Seconder (Both Proprietary Members)

Assignment of Playing Rights

  • Signed by the Assignor & Assignee

Payment of Cash Requirement amounting to P24,756.00 upon filing of application. Breakdown is as follows:

  • Cash Deposit (Refundable) – P15,000.00
  • Initial Service Charge – 5,500.00
  • One Month Advanced Monthly Dues – 4,256.00

1” x 1” size picture of applicant and dependents (2 copies each) for membership cards

One Wallet Size or 2 x 2 size Picture (of Applicant) for Posting.

Birth Certificate of Dependents/Marriage Contract – NSO Certified Copy (for Husband/Spouse)

Playing privileges of dependents of Playing Right Members are limited to:
legitimate spouse, andtwo children 21 years of age and below, regardless of sex and civil status.

Valid Passport (to be photocopied at the membership office) – if Foreigner

Note :
1. The assignor and its former assignee must be updated in the payment of his accounts.
2. The assignment of playing rights may be renewed annually. A playing guest is assessed P5,500.00 (inclusive of VAT) yearly renewal of playing privileges.
