SUBJECT : SERVICE PROPOSALS FOR THE RENOVATION OF VALLEY GOLF’S NORTH COURSE BUNKERS

Valley Golf and Country Club, Inc. is need of qualified contractors for the renovation of the North Course bunkers. The proposal shall include the following:

Scope of Work

  1. Manpower
  2. Equipment
  3. Tools
  4. Removal of old Bunker Sand
  5. Repair and or Install the proper Drainage system with design plan
  6. Establishing the new bunker edge
  7. Sodding
  8. Installing the new Bunker Sand
  9. Attached is the actual bunker measurement for reference
  10. Bill of Materials/Format of Bid
