Dear Stockholders,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of VALLEY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC. will be held on September 22, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. as provided for in the Minutes of the Meeting dated July 27, 2024, wherein the Board of Directors approved the conduct of the annual meeting in hybrid format (i.e. a combination of in-person and remote attendance).
ANNOUNCEMENT: Restaurant Operation Hours
In relation to the announcement last September 4, 2021 that we are closing our South course for maintenance days on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month until further notice, we are advising our Members and their Guests on the following Restaurant Operation hours.
JJ’s North Clubhouse
– 1st and 3rd Mondays (6:00am to 9:00pm)
– 2nd and 4th Mondays (9:00am to 9:00pm)
– Tuesdays to Sundays (9:00am to 9:00pm)
JJ’s Main Clubhouse
– 1st and 3rd Mondays (Closed)
– 2nd and 4th Mondays (6:00am to 8:00pm)
– Tuesdays to Sundays (6::00am to 8:00pm)
Seoul Aria Restaurant at the Driving Range
– Mondays to Sundays (9am to 8pm)
