Postponement of Reopening
Dear Members,
In view of the latest developments, we regret to inform you that Valley Golf will not reopen on May 20 as previously scheduled. This is to comply with the most recent IATF Guidelines dated 15 May, restricting movement of people particularly for leisure purposes in GCQ areas as provided for under sec 4 (2). In the meantime, the acceptance of tee time reservations are deferred until further notice. We will keep you updated as the situation progresses.

Valley Golf & Country Club, Inc. wishes to announce that the Board of Directors resolved last March 19, 2020 that we will have a Covid-19 Enhanced Quarantine Assessment in the amount of Php 1,000.00 per member to be billed in your March 2020 Statement of Account. The funds will be used to support our Caddies, Caddie Assistants and Casual Employees during the temporary closure of our Golf Courses.
Members who would like to voluntarily donate additional funds as per our previous memo are still welcome, kindly specify the amount and name of beneficiary (either specific name or general donation for all), cut-off date for pledges is every Wednesday and distribution is
every Friday.
In behalf of the Caddies and Caddie Assistants thank you and your donations are greatly appreciated in these times of emergencies.

Installation of Smart Electronic Locks For The Lockers

| SUBJECT: | INSTALLATION OF SMART ELECTRONIC LOCKS FOR THE LOCKERS |
Valley Golf & Country Club, Inc. wishes to announce that in line with our effort to improve our services to members and guests, we will soon upgrade the safety locks of our lockers. Starting March 9, 2020 we shall start the installation of the smart electronic locks for our lockers starting from Locker # 1 onwards. Estimated completion is 18 lockers for 3 days and we shall indicate in your locker doors the target date of installation of the electronic locks in your area. RFID cards/Membership Cards will be issued for your keys. Additional bracelet and keychain type keys may be requested with additional fees.
We encourage our members to remove all valuables in your lockers during the installation period. In case there will be personal belongings inside the lockers, the opening will be witnessed by the locker staff and recorded in video and pictures.
We apologize for this inconvenience and your cooperation is highly appreciated.
